Ben Carson has publicly endorsed Donald Trump, "saying the two men had 'buried the hatchet' and praising the Republican Party's front-runner as a 'the voice of the people to be heard.'" This according to a March 11, 2016 article by CNN.
"What I've been seeing recently is political operatives ... once again trying to assert themselves and trying to thwart the will of the people." Carson told reporters at Trump's Palm Beach private club, Mar-a-Lago, The retired neurosurgeon continued, "I find that to be an extraordinarily dangerous place right now."
Speculators believe Carson's endorsement, which came a week after he ended his
own White House run, has given Trump a big boost.
