The incident is real and Mike Robins, a manager at O’Reilly Auto Parts caught it on his mobile phone camera. This according to an Oct. 19, 2016 article by the Washington Post which said "[he] was about to expose the Democratic National Committee’s latest leak."
On the morning of Oct. 18, the "big blue bus advertising Hillary Clinton’s face eased up in front of his shop and parked on the side of Grayson Highway." The Washington Post reported that a man stepped out of the bus and began to "fiddle with some sort of mechanism." Robbins watched from his store's window as a smelled reached him while, "a thick liquid pour from the bus’s belly."
This prompted Robbins to call the police, who responded and investigated the crime scene. According to the official police report, investigated discovered the evidence: "a hefty amount of 'drying toilet paper' and a 'foul smell.'”
The Fire Department Hazmat crew was called in.
Later, the DNC issued an
apologized in statements to the media and called "the bus leak an 'honest' and
'unacceptable' mistake."
