When President Trump left the Whitehouse in January 2021, he took along with him 15 boxes containing gifts, letters and classified documents, which he later arranged to turn over to the National Archives in compliance to the National Records Act. According to various news reports,federal officers swore that a federal crime occurred and that evidence was at Mar a Lago.
The big question here would be if the U.S. Government, under the control of the Democratic party, is persecuting President Trump until he formally announces that he is not running in 2024. President Trump has been very vocal about being persecuted by desperate Democrats long before the raid.
Attorneys for Trump at Mir a Lago were not permitted to observe FBI agents while the search was conducted. This is real according to an Aug 9, 2022 Fox News article, which said, FBI "told them to leave."
This sparked many. including President Trump, to suspect the FBI may have
planted something in the evidence, This according to an
August 10, 2022 article by Newsweek, which said, "Trump took to his social
media site Truth Social early on Wednesday and criticized the search of his
Florida residence, where FBI agents reportedly seized a dozen boxes as part of
an investigation into the handling of presidential documents."
President Trump told Truth subscribers, "Everyone was asked to leave the
premises, they wanted to be left alone, without any witnesses to see what they
were doing, taking or, hopefully not, 'planting.'
Government Persecution could spread to Trump supporters.
Congressman Marco Rubio (R-FL) warned views on the Fox News Hannity program that this the raid was straight out of the Left's playbook and they will be going after Trump supporters next.
GOP Congressman Scott Perry said cell phone was confiscated by FBI
According to an August 9, 2022 article by Reuters, Congressman Scott Perry (R-PA) "said three agents seized his phone while he was traveling with his family." Perry, a Trump supporter, said he was "outraged" but did not give a reason why his phone was confiscated.
The magistrate who reportedly signed off the search warrant was an Obama donor.
According to a August 9, 2022 Fox News article, "Bruce Reinhart, a Florida federal magistrate judge, donated $1,000 to Obama's 2008 presidential campaign and added $1,000 more to the Obama Victory Fund that same cycle, according to federal filings."
