Allegations of a program named "Hammer" and a software application called "Scorecard" were used to flip the 2020 Presidential election in favor of Joe Biden has gone viral.

"Some Trump supporters insist a supercomputer named Hammer and a computer program named Scorecard modified the vote count in the election." This according to an article by the Daily Beast which said "the claim has no basis in fact."

Democrats and officials are denouncing this as a conspiracy theory of a systematic attempt to defeat Donald Trump in the 2020 election.
