L.A. Rams Players' National Anthem Fist Salute

The photo is real and according to the LA Rams roster the player with the "94" on his jersey is Robert Quinn.

Quinn was interviewed by the Los Angeles Times and in a Aug. 14, 2017 article said, “It’s… not only just a stance but an appreciation to honestly the ancestors that made the way for and gave opportunities for me and others that came along the way,” He continued, “It’s more of an appreciation and a stance that not all has been forgotten.”

The LA Times said Quinn discussed his raising of a fist with his coach, Sean McVay," to ensure he would not become a distraction." McVay insisted that the player remain standing with his fellow teammates.
Quinn told the LA Times, “I’ve got a lot of respect for what the national anthem represents for our country but everybody has their own reasons or certain beliefs,”
