According to a July 18, 2015 article by the New York Post, "Unbeknown to most Americans, Obama’s racial bean counters are furiously mining data on their health, home loans, credit cards, places of work, neighborhoods, even how their kids are disciplined in school — all to document 'inequalities' between minorities and whites."
The article said, Obama is stockpiling information from several databases including the National Mortgage Database Project by the Federal Housing Finance Agency and the Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing database, which the Department of Housing and Urban Development maintains. Data was also gathered from School enrollment, credit and employment databases from the the Education Department and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
