iRumorMill.com Determination: Real but Misleading
To prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, Governor Newsom did close many of the wineries in the Golden State but those in Napa County were not affected by the closure because the infection rate did not go up in that county. This according to a July 3, 2020 article by KGET, an NBC affiliate serving Kern County.
KGET said, "Newsom ordered closures in 19 counties, including Kern County, earlier this week." The rest of the counties were not on the California Covid-19 watchlist.
