Sophie Trudeau has tested positive with the corona virus and she, Prime Minister Trudeau and the children are at home in quarantine. The woman in the video is not Sophie but a patient in London being treated for COVID-19. This according to a March 20, 2020 article by the U.K.'s The Guardian, who identified her as Tara Jane Langston, Langston recorded the video pleading all to take the corona virus seriously. The video was taken from her bed in the intensive care unit at Hillingdon Hospital in London.
The Daily Mail reported that Langston and her husband received "unfounded online claims that a widely shared video in which she described her experience was bogus." “It made me question humanity,” Tara's husband , Richard Langston told reporters, from his Middlesex home, where he and their children are self-isolating.
