Conners is blind in her left eye, has hardly any vision at all in her right eye
after hardly see out of her right eye after a confrontation with Ferguson
Police. This according to a November 27, 2014

The article said, Conners "and her boyfriend, De’Angelas Lee, stopped at a gas station in the 10000 block of Halls Ferry early Tuesday morning. Conners says as she and her boyfriend were driving away from the station multiple police officers showed up."
Conners told reporters that the St. Louis County Police had tried to block off their vehicle with their police cars and the couple tried to drive around them. The article said, "the officer, fearing for his safety, used his less lethal bean bag round, striking the front passenger window causing it to shatter."
The article also said that another police officer at the scene helped Conners to get medical attention and Lee drove away. There were 16 arrests at the lot where police responded to a number gunshots heard at the location. Lee is still wanted by the police and there is a warrant out for arrest.
