Unsolicited email with an attachment notifying you that UPS or Federal Express has failed to delivery a shipment.

According to UPS, the emails are not official UPS communications. The company suggest receivers of such emails should not follow any links or click on any the attachments. They're best solution is to "simply delete the email."
